TTPL NOVEMBER FINALS
You guys all Rocked It Hard all weekend long! From the beginning of Friday night all the way to Sunday morning. Giving it all your bests each and every time. I truly enjoyed being there this weekend with each and every player out there, and thank you all for supporting the TTPL and its future to be. With out you all, my dream of creating the TTPL for players who truly enjoy the realism and tactics of a real scenario would have never come true with out each and everyone of you out there this past weekend. I truly thank you all for it.
I hope you all enjoyed the TTPL format and can truly say its nothing of its kind out there. Its also not for your every day player and your every day game. Sure there are a few bugs to fix, but that's the only way to learn, by making some mistakes and learning from them. Feedback and comments are always welcome, and as many of you seen this past weekend I and my crew listened to everything the players asked for and tried our best to bring to you a format like no other. A true tactical format as close to the real thing as you could get.
I'd like to start of by first thanking every player out there from all the great teams. You all are true tactical players and truly the "Best Of The Best" there is. All members from the teams are: RESERVOIR DOGS, GODS OF WAR, SHADOW GROUP, HOOLIGAN TACTICAL SQUAD, APACHE, 13TH A, 13TH B, STC, SAINTS, and WACATA. Also a huge thanks to all the players from other teams that came to help out with Reffing and Playing Roles, they are from teams such as: MBP MILITIA (reffing team), AMBUSH ALPHA, TSSOC, YANKEE DIVISION, STRATEGY PLUS (ct) Again thank you to USANA PAINTBALL for allowing us to host the TTPL and looking forward to many more in the future. Thanks to Pyro Productions and all involved with Pyro for helping out where help was needed and air fills and paint, Chuck & Jimmy thanks guys, you did it again. Thanks to Chrispy from CT STRATEGY PLUS who will be hosting a trial event on his field on December 9th. Who came down with his son and help out where ever help was needed. Also to the vendor "Art of T & A" who provided prizes for second and third place and for the "Honorable award, thank you.
Thank you to KT owner of RAP4 which believe in me and my team to pull this event off. Providing prizes for the first place team including 5 X T68 Gen5 Markers and 5 X TacTen Vest along with a lot of give away promotional items. You are truly the best in the business and truly the best sponsor a team can have and ask for. The UNDERTAKERS are truly looking towards the 2008 schedule and our partnership together.
Don't forget about all the great photos that where taken out there by Dave Norman and HeadShot from the 13th. You both did an outstanding job and getting down into things and into the fire fights. Great work to you both! You should all look for up coming TTPL magazine coverage by Dave Norman in the next months to come. I know he did many interviews with many of you.
MBP Militia, thanks to Tom and his team for taking the TTPL REF staff. The calls where not easy to make, but you all stayed to the plan. Making a call good or bad, just sticking to it. Great job out there to you all on Saturday and I'd love to have you guys again for 2008.
Congratulation to both "GODS OF WAR & SHADOW GROUP" a tie for second place. You both played with true tactics and honor, and I can truly say no game any of you played was a walk in the park, by a true horror film to watch, with the amount of paint you all shot and the smoke I ate in the SWAT house was an up front close view for me to see and to expect to see in the future for games to come. Look out everyone, they mean business. Great game play to you both and well earned.
Boy oh boy, what did this boys do? That's right they became the first TTPL Champions and hold the record for truly "The Best Of The Best", they are the 1st Place Winners, The RESERVOIR DOGS". Congratulation to you my brothers. A victory well above earned. Your communication on and off the field was one of many things that lead you to victory. Also your passion for the sport and your need to win for "SUICIDE", gave you the win. You guys rocked that field every time you moved. This was truly a well earned win and you truly stand in 1st place as "The Best Of The Best".
Now to my UNDERTAKERS. I love you guys. Your true support towards me and my dreams and being there everyday in and out, good or bad. We are family and in many ways then one. I can't thank you all with words or actions, but the need to thank you and to know we are there for each other is priceless. Thanks a million to you all and I love you for ever. This team would never be where its at with out each and every one of you! You are the reason for our success.
I hope you all truly enjoyed the TTPL and got to experience a format different then all others. I look very much to the 2008 season and see each and every one of you there. This league is "As Real As It Get!"
