OK people here's my review on the land warrior system.
NEW VIDEO REVIEW!!!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FqaudKXtujkFirst off, I have to say that I was really disappointed when I looked at what it can do.
1. Out of the box is real simple to use.
Very basic concept just take it out put 2 AA batteries and power it up.
2. Instructions were the most poorest I've ever seen.
For those who aren't so wise with electronic will immediately get itimitated by it. What instructions you may ask, Try a small piece of paper with 4 steps which are quite obvious, dee dee dee!
*I see and sense that there may be more functions to this thing but no instructions on it so I have no clue.
3. Theres no way of telling whats being recorded and how its being recorded. No LCD screen (expected) and no other controls. You will only find out what you caught on video once you upload it to your computer.
4. The Video: The video was by far the most disappointing of all. Green lines, color disfiguration, and even slowed down frame rates. I can handle all those other problems but bad video is unacceptable.
Maybe it was the lighting, maybe I'm being shallow, either way it should be able to do its job for 200 bucks.
5. The only good thing is the durability, I can see off the back that it's a sturdy piece of equipment. Just wish it had something to cover the lens, one paintball to it and its gone. I haven't gotten any results of some of the vids that I've seen and people have been telling me.
6. I liked the picatinny rails it came with, but thats all I can say about the LWS.
Sorry guys I told you I'd be as critical as possible. If theres something you can do about the color and video settings please tell me, because theres no friggin instructions... What a waste. Hope this helps Frostbite. Please people reply and let me know if this review helped you out.
*****NOTE:
RAP4 will always be the best! So please don't think this is against RAP4 it's just a small review on the LWS.
