BT TM-7
« on: Aug 26, 2008, 04:20:39 PM »
Just purchased a new TM-7 and want to know if anyone out there has any feedback on it. If so let me know also what would be a good feed hopper to use until they come out with the rip clip for this one! SEMPER FI

is it a top fed marker? or is it a side port feed?
the rip Clip uses the HALO technology so a HALO-B would would, but do would a torque, or an eggy..

It is a top feed hopper, I really like the BT Delta elite I have and I'm hopeing that BT comes out with the rip clip for this one soon. The rip clip is awesome because you can add optics to a weapon and you can even use a X-7 hopper to make it an even lower profile hopper. I just need a hopper for now because I have no idea when the rip clip will be coming out for the TM-7. Really light weight weapon and great for close quarter drills and actually with the stock barrel can reach accurately 150' no problem. With the full auto setting and the pressure regulator set correctly it looks like rope coming out the end! Can't wait to have someone in the crosshairs! SEMPER FI

Yeah BT is owned by the cousin of the current owner of Tippmann, thats why you're seeing similar ideas between the both companies. Hope that helps yah with the history of BT and Tippmann both great companies.

Actually BT stands for Ben Tippmann (owner/ founder and pres. of Tippmann)
so take that lil nugget of info :P

also, i had a chance to fire the TM7-  amazing, absolutly phenom
like for sure it has 1 flaw, that being - no rip-clip but hey they will fix that

Found out today that the rip clip for the TM-7 will be out the first of october. I really like the rip clip on my BT Delta Elite so I think I will just wait till it comes out to get it. The rip clip really works great , and even better if you use a X-7 hopper. Can't wait to test it out! Later Deak, SEMPER FI

Correction Ben tippmann is not the founder of Tippmann he is the nephew of the founder of Tippmann. He did however create the Tippmann 98 and a-5.
