No TTPL in Central Texas?

Can we start one or at least something similar that can be quickly absorbed when they finally decide to come out?

I know of two fields and at least four teams in the Austin area that want to do something like this.

I have the fields, am building a list of interested teams.

Please define hosts.  I would assume that would be the fields and staff.

I would be willing to do any sort of administration on the local chapter of the league and can supply things like flags, etc.
