i'm happy to say that we totally rocked this game. humans vs. aliens. unit 3 sided with the aliens.

the supplied general did a pretty good job of keeping things fairly even. what ever task he assigned our squads they were accomplished.

around noon unit 3, decided to move as one force and totally dominated the field. taking the opfors base. and flying our colours for 3 reinsertions (approx 45 minutes) we were instructed not to try to kill the human general as we could do that till the last half hr. of the game.

then it started to rain. by 4:00 pm or so we were down to about 11 (unit 3 personnel) aliens against over 20 remaining humans. i was waiting for reinsertion when our base was over run and our general fled.

the reffing was kinda one sided and there was no way for the few remaining to retake what was ours. when i pointed out to the ref that the humans were inside our base shooting from behind screened windows they pretty much told me that they weren't cause that wasn't allow... heck, i was repeatedly hit as i talked to the ref from a guy that was doing just that.

in the end, we still won a massive victory from the points stand point.

i think i may like scenario games... lol...
