Limited paint hoppers and Tippmann Cyclone magpods
« on: Sep 18, 2009, 08:23:14 AM »
Hey guys,

I just learned of the TTPL during the game at Fightertown this past weekend in AZ.

We do a few different limited paint hoppers for the Cyclone and just finished one for the Phantom.

30 round magpod-

This is treated like a magazine.  When the magpod is inserted into the Cyclone, it's turned counterclockwise to lock it into place and at the same time open the veins to feed balls.

50 round hopper-

This is used in conjunction with Virtue's Crown and 50 round pods.

And finally for any pumpers out there, a slick little 40 round loader for stock class bodied Phantoms.  This utilizes the flip top lid from any APP pod.

I've got a few ideas on how to do a slick assisted feed hopper.  I'm up in the air right as to whether it will be electronic or mechanical.

Nothing's for sure yet but there are a few ideas brewing.
