Thank you 2009 TTPL teams, players, sponsors, staff and OTPWOW! Where do I start? What an intense weekend it was. Every player I’m sure can agree it was a hard-core competition all weekend long. There was no easy game or any time to relax. Competition by the teams and players top notch all weekend long. As I look at all teams coming on and off the field I saw that look in all their eyes. It was like watching the first Rocky movie and having the song play. “It’s the eye of the tiger” I saw the victory in all teams. They all had what it took to compete in the 2009 TTPL Championships. They all wanted it and they all wanted to be crowned 2009 Champs, but only one team could. Congratulations to the 13th Legionnaires for becoming the two-time TTPL CHAMPS! That is correct, two time champs, both in 2008 and 2009. Who will take this title away from them in 2010? Or maybe nobody will. Maybe they will be unstoppable and reach a 3-time championship.
On-Target Paintball:I’m going to first thank John owner at On-Target Paintball field for stepping in like I mentioned at the award ceremony. With out his help and assistance we wouldn’t have had the 2009 Championships, also huge thanks to both John’s sons and his staff at On-Target Paintball. The air, paint and food were on point. Reservoir Dogs:My family and friends since the beginning of my TTPL dreams, you all played your hearts out there all weekend long. As I watch each and every game I saw true champions with in you all. I thank you for your support and introducing the TTPL to new members such as Dave Celio, and Seth “Tackleberry”. Thanks to you for giving the TTPL a chance to see how it is played. As my Reservoir Dogs were the 1st ever TTPL champs in 2007, I’m sure they will be back for the battle in 2010. Thanks to you all.
Highland Skulls:Highland! Highland! Congratulations to you all. First time playing the TTPL and you adapted to the format as if you played it for many years. I can truly say it was an honor to have you guy as I saw a lot of sportsmanship both on and off the field. This is a team to look out for in 2010. Thanks to all.
Wolf Pack Christians:Blow the bridge! This was the team that figured out if the bridge were blown up it would slow down teams from the back door. They were also the ones with killer artillery. Great job to you guys, a well played weekend and if there is anything I can do to assist you as you did for me give me a shout. Thank you all.
Triple T’s TTT:Congratulations my brothers. You played your hearts out as always. Having “Papawood” on the sideline didn’t keep you guys from doing the damage. Team focus and team spirit you all had. Always a pleasure having you guys around. Thank you to all TTT’s.
Berzerkers:If these guys had a full roster like the rest of you, I think some of the results would have ended up differently. Congratulations to you guys and also adapting to the TTPL format, as it was your first time playing the format. Thank you to all members.
Gods Of War:Thank you guys for giving it all your best. All weekend long it was intense to watch you guys come into the playing area. I saw many moves from you guys that I’ll keep a secret not to give them away. That I’m sure will be more effective in 2010. A great game to you all and I thank each of you.

Barney “Everyone’s favorite purple guy”You are the best my brother. Your leadership skills are seen on and off that field. I thank you for all your support as you were there for the qualifiers to the finals. TTPL Staff & Undertakers:If it weren’t for the support of my own members, friends and family this TTPL dream would have never even kicked off the ground.
