1st, be sure you actually want to do this and that you'll put in the time, committment and money that is required for paintball. Second, get a marker that suits you. If you want to have marker that's high end with all the bells and whistles, than see what you like. If you want something basic, then see what you like. The great thing about paintball is that everyone has their own style of play and their own setup. Good paintball guns to buy are Tippmanns because they are reliable and can take tons of upgrades. If you have a bit more cash to spend, check out the RAP4 stuff. And for starting a team, you should get your co-workers who want to play and go to a paintball field that has some woods or urban fields, rent some markers, get air, paint and play. Have fun. See if it's really a sport for ya'll. You don't want to buy tons of gear then play and find out that you don't like paintball at all. Also, if ya'll go play paintball for a day at some field, you can see who's serious, who's a team player and the other important team things. Hope that stuff helps man.
